RESOURCES To mark our 30th year of operation and to meet the demands of our expanding business, we relocated to new office premises in April 2004. Our offices, workshop and stores were fitted out to our requirements and incorporate integrated communications and IT technologies. We operate an in-house computer-aided design facillity and provide project design services with large format printing/copying capability. Our management, design and engineering support personnel offer expertise across a range of disciplines enabling us to offer cost effective and innovative engineering solutions. Installation teams are drawn from our highly experienced engineering personnel. Projects are resourced as required to meet critical deadlines and to ensure effective interaction with other trades where appropriate. Mobile service personnel undertake planned preventative maintenance and responsive repair services. Each carries a selection of spare parts and materials in addition to the specialist plant, tools and test equipment required for specific trades. Our mobile service personnel cover a wide range of disciplines and have the necessary skills/experience to deal effectively with emergency situations. We operate a manned 24 hour responsive repair service to support our maintenance contract clients. At all times, our engineers in the field have access to technical support and can call upon additional resources as and when required. |
